Submit the completed form online at http://www.grad.chula.ac.th (Click HERE to see more detail).

After completing online application, please also forward your application materials in PDF file to Thitirat.ph@chula.ac.th to expedite the interview process.

Documents required for the application:

• An Application Form
• Copy of Citizenship ID Card (for Thai student) OR Passport (Non-Thai Applicant)
• Copy of Certificate of Graduation and an Official Transcript of Academic Records in Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree
• English proficiency Score (TOEFL or IELTS or CU-TEP)
  Exam results remain valid not more than 2 year
• A Statement of Purpose
  This must be typed and not exceed one A4 page
